Discover Prince George’s County’s rich history from the “Cradle of American Thoroughbred Racing” at Belair Stable Museum to the enduring legacy of the Marlboro Racecourse established in 1745, where today The Show Place Arena proudly hosts the Washington International Horse Show. The tour will feature little-known contributions of African American jockeys, trainers and grooms to Maryland’s significant equestrian heritage.
